AHRS stands for Attitude and Heading Reference System. It is a device that combines information from various sensors (such as accelerometers, gyroscopes, and magnetometers) to determine the orientation of an object in three-dimensional space. AHRS systems are commonly used in aviation, robotics, and other applications where precise orientation information is needed. They are particularly useful in environments where traditional methods of orientation determination, such as using a horizon or celestial objects, are not possible or practical. AHRS systems provide a stable, reliable, and accurate reference for determining the attitude and heading of an object, and can be used to control the orientation of the object or to provide feedback to the user.
