Nanjing Sky MEMS co., ltd. (SkyMEMS in brief) is devoted to become the No. 1 brand of inertial navigation products in China, it is dedicated to MEMS and inertial measurement & control technologies, and has developed, designed and manufactured MEMS Accelerometer, MEMS Gyroscope, Inclinometer, Electronic Compass, IMU, Vertical Gyro, AHRS, Integrated Navigation System, and Fiber Optic Gyro, etc. It owns the key inertial technologies, which is very convenient for SkyMEMS to provide flexible customized products and solutions for global customers.
SkyMEMS has strong R&D ability, and has accumulated many years’ experience in inertial sensor and system development and designing, and has formed a complete pre-sales technical support team, technical research and development team, lean manufacturing team, quality control team and after-sales service team. The company’s core technology R&D team members are senior experts in inertial product field, including 12 physical doctors and 30+ masters. They have more than 10 years’ experiences in inertial product design and system development.
In different practical applications, the measurement and control products have very different technical and environmental requirements, in order to quickly provide customized products and solutions, SkyMEMS built up one independent customization ODM center in 2018, this ODM center let customer join the design together to develop the special products and systems for different customers in different fields, therefore, SkyMEMS accumulated abundant customer-oriented design experience and formed our ODM normative procedures.
SkyMEMS has world class advanced experiment and measurement equipment, including micro processing equipment, micro-nano test equipment, electro-optic measurement equipment, attitude measurement equipment and reliability experiment equipment. Our advanced measurement equipment fully guarantees SkyMEMS’s research and development and innovation.
At present, SkyMEMS has 6000 square meters factory, of which 2000 square meters are ultra-clean workshops. We have 6 product production lines, which enjoys reasonable and scientific production procedures, advanced manufacturing technology, and flexible production line layout, which make SkyMEMS manufacturing extremely advanced and intelligent.
SkyMEMS adopts strict quality control procedures from product design, component selection, precise production, factory test; it has formed SkyMEMS’s 12-step quality control, which rapidly improved the reliability of SkyMEMS’s products.
